Irina (Iris) Kushel is a partner in the firm’s departments of corporate, M&A, Securities and Capital Markets.
Iris specializes in securities and capital markets, corporate and commercial law, M&A transactions, and financial services and capital markets regulation.
Iris provides ongoing corporate counseling to private and public corporations through all stages of development on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial agreements, corporate advice, as well as on all aspects of securities law and regulation of capital markets (including public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions and corporate re-organizations). Iris also provides advice on various financial services corporate and regulatory matters, including regulation of financial and institutional institutions (such as banks, insurance companies, pension funds and stock exchange members).
Representative Experience
- Representation of Bank Mizrahi Tefahot Ltd. in its acquisition of Union Bank of Israel Ltd. at a value of NIS 1.4 billion.
