Litigation Partner Ran Sprinzak and Noa Bar, represented Ephraim Henig in a law suit spanning over 14 years regarding the “Shukanion” adjacent to Mahane Yehuda market in Jerusalem. Henig’s partner on this project, the Arenson company, claimed that Henig and Papouchado did not provide the money they were supposed to allocate for the project. The legal proceedings concluded with Henig winning the lawsuit.

On 27.2.2019, our client Maman, Cargo Terminals and Handling won an arbitration award. The Arbitrator, Prof. Alon Klement, has ruled that the Israel Airports Authority would pay Maman NIS 80 million for buildings and installations constructed by Maman in the terminal’s area.
Maman was represented by Adv. Ran Sprinzak, Noa Bar and Almog Gil-Or of our Litigation Department.
