Shai is a partner in the firm’s litigation department.
His practice includes, amongst others, representation of individuals and corporations before all court instances as well as arbitrations in the fields of civil, commercial, and administrative law. Shai’s experience covers the representation of clients in a broad range of multi-disciplinary, complex, and high-stakes disputes in contract law, corporate law and shareholders’ disputes, private international law, competition law, telecommunications law, consumer protection law and more.
